Model 3 Ramp Up

Led the Model 3 Subframe and Marriage production control departments from 8 employees building 50 cars per day, to 74 employees building over 700 cars per day.

High Volume & Impact Sourcing

Sourced and managed 310 distinct part numbers over a two-year period, spread across 21 programs, 58 design engineers, and 43 suppliers.

Model S & X Outsourcing Project

Led an outsourcing project of 36 large injection molding tools, fixtures, and other equipment. Coordinated 96 tier 2 directed buy items to the new Supplier. Worked cross-functionally to implement new packaging, a direct-ship model, work instructions, and improved part appearances.

High-Velocity New Product Launch

Powerwall + was the fastest new product launch in Company history. Sourced 7 new part designs within an aggressive timeline (2.5 weeks). Developed and executed a localization and cost-down strategy in the following months.
